  this is a beautiful Vacheron Constantin Patrimony 85180/000R-9248 Swiss ETA 2824-2 Ladies Automatic watch, the face if very pretty and the perfect size for your wrist. i prefer leather wristbands and this one is excellent quality.

  The Vacheron Constantin Patrimony 85180/000R-9248 Swiss ETA 2824-2 Ladies Automatic watch is great. It looks expensive. It was fairly easy to adjust the size of the watch band. It comes in a nice box. The only negative comment is that the clasp was a little difficult to manipulate for me. It has a similar clasp as other watches that I own. I just don't like that style of clasp.
